Q: Will I have to wait a long time to see my results?
A: No, our In-house transcription promises same day verbal readings and 24-48 hour turnover for medical reports. Film delivery within 48 hours.
Q: What if I don't have transportation, can UIC help?
A: Yes, Free transportation is avaliable for certain MRI and CT patients.
Q: I work and have limited time, will UIC be open after I finish work?
A: Most likely Yes, we have extended office hours and open on weekends.

Q: Does it take a long time to get my images pulled for review?
A: No, once an imaging exam is complete those images are posted to our teleradiology system for immediate viewing. Physicians that have access can view these images approximately 1 hour after a patients exam. This system is HIPPA compliant.
Q: Where are UIC centers, are they close to me?
A: We have six convenient Locations; ideal for patients living both in the San Fernando Valley or Santa Clarita areas.
Q: Does UIC comply with worker's compensation laws?
A: We believe in protecting clients who are injured on the job & comply with worker's compensation laws. Benefits payable include medical costs.
